The full moon shines in the sky. In the light, a red shadow is running like the wind. Holding a Japanese sword in his hand, he jumps from building to building. He runs in order to save his brother, in order to realize his dreams. When he finally finds his enemy, he will grin with his shining fangs because he knows now that he can beat any enemy.
The Special Area - the only place where the vampires, servants of destruction and death, and humans can live together. In this place two vampires, Mochizuki Kojiro and his brother Kotaro, and a human, Katsuragi Mimiko, meet, and a new fate unfolds for them.
